Courses and access

What do I get when I buy a course?

Full access to all video lessons, downloadable templates and tools, quizzes, and any future updates to the course content. Everything is available in your personal account area immediately after purchase.

How long do I keep access?

Access is unlimited in time. Buy once, come back whenever you need a refresher — including to updated versions of the materials.

Are the lessons live or on demand?

All courses are on demand: pre-recorded video lessons you can watch at your own pace, on any device, with no fixed schedule.

Do I need prior procurement experience?

It depends on the course. Each course page states who it is for: some are designed for newcomers (like Procurement Fundamentals), others assume day-to-day buying experience. When in doubt, write to us and we will advise honestly.

In what language are the courses?

All courses are in English. Templates and tools are in English as well, and can be adapted to your organisation.

Payments and refunds

How much does a course cost?

Every course costs 99€ as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards. If your company needs to pay by bank transfer against an invoice, contact us and we will arrange it.

Can I get a refund?

If you have not yet accessed the course content, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in line with EU consumer rules. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

Can I get an invoice with VAT details?

Yes. An invoice is issued for every purchase; add your company details and VAT number at checkout or request the invoice by email.

Certificates

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. Completing all lessons and quizzes unlocks a certificate of completion with your name and the course title, which you can download as a PDF and share on LinkedIn.

Are the courses accredited?

Our certificates document professional training completed with Procurement Academy. They are not university credits; many students use them for annual development goals and internal career steps.

Teams and companies

Do you offer team licences?

Yes. For teams of five or more we offer volume pricing and simple central billing. Write to info@procurement.academy with the team size and the courses you are interested in.

Can you build a custom learning path for our purchasing team?

We can combine existing courses into an onboarding or upskilling path and, for larger teams, discuss custom content. Get in touch to talk it through.
